It is a fifth floor apartment with an elevator and fully equipped, it is located in the heart of the city.With heating and free WiFi.It consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a 135 cm double bed and the other two with 80 cm beds.- 200 meters from the town hall.- 700m from the sea and downtown Botín.- 700m from the bus station.- 800m from the train station.

Hemos alquilado este piso el mes de septiembre de los últimos tres años. Los dos anteriores fue directamente con la propiedad. Este año ha sido a través de un gestor. Todos los años, la comunicación y el trato han sido exquisitos. Estamos encantados con el piso y volveremos el año próximo, si es posible.

Todo perfecto. Limpio y la cocina con todo lo necesario. En pleno centro de Santander. Álvaro pendiente en todo momento de cualquier duda. Si vas en coche cerca hay parkings que puedes reservar por días.
