Welcome to our charming home on the first floor of an elegant residential complex, where the sea, natural light, and comfort create the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Porto Cesareo.
Less than 250 meters from the beach and close to the center, it’s ideal for families and groups of up to 12 guests. Thanks to its privileged location, you can reach the sea in just a few minutes on foot.

The equipped terrace with sea view and barbecue is a delightful spot for outdoor lunches, sunset dinners, or moments of pure relaxation. Inside, you’ll find a bright and functional space: a spacious living room with dining area, TV corner, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double sofa bed all in one convivial environment.
The two bedrooms, Scirocco and Tramontana, offer 5 and 4 beds respectively, with the option to add an extra bed. A second sofa bed is located in the open space area.
There are two bathrooms, each with shower and bidet, ensuring convenience, and a laundry area for added comfort. The property features three air conditioners, ventilation, and fast Wi-Fi. For the nearby public beach, you’ll have a complimentary umbrella and two sunbeds.

La casa aveva una bella terrazza fornita di barbecue e luci e molti posti letto. È fornita di lavanderia con lavatrice e di uno stendino in terrazza, anche se non ci sono abbastanza mollette. Infine, la posizione è vicina al centro del paese, ma piuttosto lontana dalle spiagge più belle e frequentate. Un punto a favore è il prezzo.
