The apartment has 3 bedrooms and a maximum capacity for 6 people, including a master bedroom with a double bed and television, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. You will also have exclusive access to WIFI and Internet connection, enjoying the speed provided by fiber optics. The building has an elevator, and you can park your car for free within the premises. It is ideal for families with children or couples looking for tranquility, proximity to the beach, long walks, and the comfort offered by the municipality of Rincón de la Victoria, close to supermarkets, a pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate your in-person check-in time.
Our standard hours are from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. If your arrival is scheduled after midnight, we can welcome you without any issues.
However, a late check-in supplement will apply, which must be paid in cash to the agent handing over the keys: ✨ From 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM: €50 🌙 From 3:00 AM onwards: €75 To ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival, we would appreciate it if you inform us in advance whether your arrival will be within or outside the established hours.
