The house consists of a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals in total autonomy, and a bright living room with dining area and a practical sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, for a total of five beds, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower box and designed to offer maximum functionality. Outside, the apartment has a pleasant back porch furnished with garden furniture, where you can relax outdoors or eat meals on milder days.
The fenced garden offers space and privacy, enriched by the presence of a charcoal barbecue, ideal for enjoying summer evenings to the fullest.
The equipment includes air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room, mosquito nets, washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi, so as to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay. Mancaversa is a quiet and characteristic seaside resort on the Salento Ionian coast, known for its coves, crystal clear sea and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for those looking for a genuine vacation away from chaos, while remaining a step away from the most renowned beaches in the area and the lively Gallipoli.
