todo nuevo y biendecorado, sencillo pero muy bien.
Esta en el centro historico, y muy cómodo con parking justo en el centro
lo unico fue que había tres cucarachas en el baño, debajo de la ropa sucia. Tambien es algo común en zonas antiguas de las ciudades

Registro de entrada y salida fácil, ubicación muy buena, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, aparcamiento cercano (de pago). El anfitrión fue muy receptivo y servicial, muy fácil conectar y contactar. Zona tranquila, todo se puede alcanzar a pie.
Algunas partes del piso están un poco anticuadas / desgastadas.

Algo sorprendente fue que tuvimos que hacer un depósito adicional de 90 € ANTES de la llegada, además del precio total que ya se había pagado. Este depósito se reembolsará después de la salida.
Pero si lees detenidamente todos los detalles durante la reserva, se menciona en algún lugar...
Consejo: Booking.com debería resaltar este punto para sus clientes.
