Description of the Apartment The holiday home "Brunnenhaus" - a former farmhouse completely renovated with a focus on energy efficiency and design - offers space for up to ten guests with two bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen, and several sofa beds. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, and Senseo coffee machine.

The bathroom features a shower-bathtub, washer/dryer, and toiletries. Bright wooden floorboards, stylish furnishings, and ecological materials create a sustainable and cozy living atmosphere.

Further amenities include free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a workspace, central heating with solar support and renewable energy sources, safety equipment (smoke detectors and fire extinguisher), and self-check-in via key box.

The outdoor areas with a south-facing terrace, as well as the vast garden with a fire pit, grill, and garden furniture, invite you to enjoy convivial hours and outdoor relaxation. Description of the Accommodation Welcome to Ingo Hinterberg in Mainz-Finthen! The former farmhouse combines urban comfort with rural tranquility and, on nearly 1,700 m², offers three holiday homes, a Mediterranean courtyard, and a large natural garden with fruit trees, meadows, a sandbox, and a fire pit. The property is centrally located in the heart of the popular Mainz district of Finthen: guests can reach numerous supermarkets, bakeries, other shops, first-class restaurants, and cozy cafes within a few minutes' walk.

The connection to the motorway (only three minutes away by car) and to Mainz city center is excellent.

The special feature: despite its central location in the heart of the Rhine-Main region, guests here enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere – a true "countryside idyll in the city." The holiday home "Brunnenhaus" offers space for up to 10 guests with two bedrooms, a daylight bathroom, a large living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen, and a south-facing terrace (including sleeping accommodations on comfortable sofa beds).

Those who wish to combine peace and nature with an urban flair are most welcome.

This also expressly applies to groups of friends and celebrations, including bachelor/bachelorette parties (JGA). Even larger groups of up to 28 people have the option to book the "Gartenhaus" and/or the "Hofhaus" (up to 6 guests) in addition, provided they are still available on your desired travel date. Important: Additional discounts are available - for residents of Mainz and the surrounding region whose homes or apartments have become temporarily uninhabitable due to heating failure, water damage, fire, etc.

Miscellaneous The booking amount is due immediately after booking.

The booking is only bindingly confirmed upon receipt of the booking amount. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

Cancellations between 29 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost.

For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the total cost will be charged. Arrival is possible flexibly from 3:30 PM.

Departure is possible flexibly until 11:00 AM. Please inform us of your planned arrival and departure times in good time.

Key handover will be done in person on-site or via a key box. A travel cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €400 per stay. The house rules will be sent immediately after booking and are part of the booking contract. Garden usage times: 9 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 8 PM (according to official regulations) Terrace usage times: 9 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM (according to official regulations) Directions It is possible to check in flexibly on the day of arrival independently from me from 3:30 PM onwards.

Please inform me of your planned arrival time at least two days before your trip. Arrival by car: You can drive into the courtyard to unload.

Afterward, up to 5 cars can be parked there permanently for 7 Euros per day or night per car.

This is, of course, not mandatory, as there are free public parking spaces available at Finther Rodeneckplatz, about 150 meters away. Arrival by public transport: Take line 55 or 56 from the main train station towards Wackernheim, get off at the "Katzenberg" stop, and continue walking downhill in the same direction as the bus was traveling.

The first street on the right is Prunkgasse; it is approximately 300 meters to house number 42. The "Hofhaus" is the front holiday home, first entrance; the "Brunnenhaus" is the second entrance; and the "Gartenhaus" is the rear holiday home, right entrance. Important request: Please take off your outdoor shoes in the house, so feel free to bring thick socks or slippers, for example. As a reminder, I am sending you the usage times for the garden from 9 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 8 PM, and for the terrace from 9 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM.

As these are official regulations, I ask you to adhere to them. Further important information from the General Terms and Conditions in brief: - Please do not use towels for wiping floors or for makeup removal (cleaning rags and makeup remover cloths are provided). - Please sort your waste carefully – this also means: do not dispose of opened food items with their packaging in the residual waste before check-out.
