In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, just steps from Vannes and at the entrance to the Rhuys Peninsula, discover our bright 50 m² apartment with breathtaking views of Lake Noyalo. Located on the upper floor, it features a living area with kitchenette, dining space, and rattan sofa, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a separate room with a convertible sofa bed. There are two toilets and two bathrooms. All rooms open onto wooden terraces of about 30 m², overlooking the lake or the pool. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. A Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules for your arrival) and a classic coffee maker with A4 filters are available. Please bring your own bed linen and towels; linen rental is available on request for an extra fee. Stroll through the 7,000 m² park by the lake and relax on the private dock—perfect for reading, fishing, or enjoying your catch (fishing license required). The heated outdoor pool is shared with guests from the other rental and the owners. Nearby, you’ll find two bakeries (one organic), a gourmet restaurant, and a pizzeria/brasserie. Parking is available on the property, as well as a shared bike storage room. For walkers, the GR34 trail passes right by the property. Cyclists can explore 200 km of bike paths around the Gulf; local bike delivery and pickup can be arranged for an extra fee.
