The large living room invites you to relax in its cosy atmosphere. The games room, with pool table and table soccer, adds a touch of entertainment, while the TV/music room, with its 100-inch screen and Bluetooth audio system, promises evenings full of laughter and complicity.
Rest and comfort upstairs
Upstairs are six bright bedrooms, ranging in size from 15 to 36 sq.m., designed to provide you with an elegant and peaceful place to rest. Two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bathtub - guarantee comfort for everyone, and a separate toilet is also available.
A lush garden and large outdoor spaces
When you step outside, the magic continues. The 200 m² terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture, extends the living space and invites moments of relaxation and conviviality, surrounded by a wooded garden that blends into the décor. A 100 m² covered terrace, with a bar area, is ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality in the open air. The heated swimming pool promises moments of pure bliss, while the boulodrome is the perfect place for a game of pétanque under the trees.
A tourist region
Whether you're interested in history, nature or gastronomy, Montauban and the surrounding area offer many opportunities to enjoy your stay in the region. The Place Nationale, Notre Dame Cathedral, Ingres-Bourdelle Museum, Pont vieux, Victor Brun Museum of Natural History and Jardin des Plantes are just some of the places to discover in Montauban.
