Welcome to my cozy apartment in Trondheim.
It is located in Lade, a central, but quiet place with access to the beach, a beautiful walkway along the waterline and several nearby malls, shopping centers and buss stops. 15 minutes by buss and you are in the center of Trondheim.
There is an elevator in the apartment complex. The apartment is on the 5th floor on the south-west corner giving you sun from around noon until 8-9pm during the summertime.
The kitchen is well equipped with tools and spices, I have 1000mbps fiber net and Apple TV with a 48inch tv for your entertainment.
The bathroom has heated floors, a comfortable look with dimmable and adjustable lights according to your preference.
Shampoo, conditioner and showergel is included. The apartment is just around 60m2 with the bedrooms being 11.5 and 8.5 m2. I have included one free parking voucher for the duration of the stay.
The washing room is located on the ground floor and there is a signup sheet for time slots that you can use.
The cost for activating the room is 10kr per hour. Welcome to my home!
