We welcome you with family or friends for a discovery stay all year round in Arjuzanx, between ocean and forest.
From here, the Landes beaches are only 30km away. Our cottage is only 200m from the nature reserve and its lake offering many activities: hiking in a preserved natural environment, supervised swimming in summer, paddle, pedal boat, observation of wild fauna and flora, interpretation center, bike rides, mountain biking or horseback riding... It's a whole range of leisure activities that you will have easy access to on foot. With the added bonus of peace and quiet. Recently renovated, this old family home will please you with its volumes, its space, the quality of its equipment as well as the warm atmosphere that emanates from it. The vast private land of nearly 2000m² is completely enclosed. It offers garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol. Our house is independent and air-conditioned.

Entirely on one level (with 2 steps to access it), it consists of: - a large living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining room and open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven) - a bedroom: 1 bed 160 - a bedroom: 1 140 cm bed and 1 baby bed - a bedroom: 1 bed 140 - a bedroom: 2 single beds - a bathroom with shower and washing machine - a separate toilet - a cellar. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom and household linen are included. Baby equipment is available; high chair bed, changing mat, cutlery.

Superbe lieu, très bien équipé avec ses 4 chambres .Les propriétaires toujours très accueillant et souriants. La proximité du lac (env 150m) ou on peut faire des footing, voir des passereaux et en hiver le balai permanent des grues qui cherchent les champs ou vont vers les dortoir. Superbe endroit

Un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont agréables et flexibles.Le gîte est très propre, grand, avec une bonne literie.Il se situe dans un endroit calme à proximité du lac d'arjuzanx.Je recommande sans hésiter !
