It is ideal for friends or families who want to combine relaxation with culture, history and fine Italian cuisine. The apartment is on the first floor of a semi-detached villa, which is divided into 3 independent apartments.
Access is via a private internal staircase.
The main living space is built in the authentic Tuscan style with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors.
The room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a wooden dining table for 6. The open kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and a fridge/freezer. Outside, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Tuscan landscape.
The property features a shared garden.
The private terrace has spectacular views across the surrounding countryside.
The shaded private outdoor dining area has access to a shared barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals surrounded by greenery. Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours, in accordance with municipal regulations, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., under penalty of a fine.

Claudia and Francesco were excellent hosts. The communication beforehand worked perfectly. The handout contained all the necessary details regarding check-in, house rules, and nearby grocery stores. We absolutely loved the house in the gorgeous scenery of Tuscany. The stylish interior made us feel right at home. Without a doubt, we would love to come back next year. Thank you for everything!
