Our Host Steve was really good.He welcomed us really well.His response time was superb.Allowed us to check in early and was already at the Gate to welcome us.The Telivison was superb and had all apps which made our stay a bonus as we thoroughly enjoyed spending time at home.He is a jolly person and always happy to help. If we come to Queensland we will definitely stay there again.
