This modern, ground-floor 3-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) is located close to the beach and is suitable for seniors and wheelchair users, offering a high level of comfort and full furnishings.

The flooring in all living areas is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood look. The vacation apartment offers sleeping accommodations for a total of 5 people.

For small children, we can also provide a travel crib (without mattress, duvet, pillows, or covers) and a high chair upon request for a small fee. From the spacious hallway with a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can conveniently access all rooms of your vacation apartment. The bright and modern living/dining room features a separate corner seating area with a comfortable (sofa) bed and coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, a sideboard, and a chest of drawers.

From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 38 m² sun terrace (facing east, south, and west) with garden furniture and a side view of the nearby Baltic Sea and the Baltic Park located directly opposite.

Here, you can sit back and relax amidst greenery, enjoying pleasant summer evenings with a good glass of wine! The door thresholds of the balcony doors can be bridged using a provided mobile metal ramp.

The accessible apartment is therefore also ideally suited for seniors and wheelchair users.

New and updated photos of the furnished sun terrace will be provided in early summer. For your entertainment, the apartment offers a modern flat-screen TV, a radio, and a selection of games.

Additionally, the apartment has free Wi-Fi (use at your own risk - according to our terms and conditions, no liability is accepted for any disruptions). The open kitchen area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.

The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots. The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside lamps, 2 wardrobes, and a coat stand, and has direct access to the garden area. The separate second bedroom has a (pull-out) single bed (80 cm x 200 cm), which can be easily converted into a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe. An additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth person is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

For a good night's sleep, both bedrooms and the living room have blackout curtains or blinds. The friendly bathroom (with natural light/window) features a walk-in glass shower, 2 washbasins with a vanity unit, a mirrored cabinet, shelf, stool, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, heated towel rail, and ample storage space.

Next to the toilet are fold-up grab bars for wheelchair users.

The shower is accessible and also has grab bars – a shower chair is also available. The apartment is accessible and therefore particularly suitable for wheelchair users.

All doors in the apartment have a width of 82.5 cm. You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack with a shoe shelf in the entrance area of the apartment. A shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment building and can be used by all guests. You can park your car free of charge in a duplex underground parking space belonging to your apartment (ATTENTION: maximum height 1.65 m!).

Your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle cellar in the apartment complex.

If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental shop in close proximity to your apartment complex if interested.

Upon request, bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday accommodation. You can reach your apartment barrier-free and comfortably from the basement using one of the glass elevators, passing through a spacious covered atrium with real indoor plants in the apartment building. Bringing a dog is possible upon request – a moderate one-time surcharge will be applied for the increased cleaning effort (see prices). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment for the comfort of our non-smoking guests; please use the terrace for this purpose.

Thank you for your understanding! A linen package (complete bedding – beds will be made upon arrival, one large bath towel, two hand towels, one bath mat, and one kitchen towel) can be booked as an initial set for a fee. The apartment price is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people.

For occupancy by more people, an additional charge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person. Deviations from the stated requirements (minimum nights / continuous booking) are only possible after verbal consultation with our staff.
