This modern, 3-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) on the ground floor is located near the beach and is suitable for seniors and wheelchair users, offering a high degree of comfort and a complete furnishings.
The flooring in all living areas is high-quality vinyl in an elegant wood look.
The holiday apartment offers sleeping arrangements for a total of 5 people.
For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without mattress, duvet, pillows, and covers) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the spacious hallway with a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can conveniently access all rooms of your holiday apartment.
The bright and modern living/dining room features a separate corner seating area with a comfortable (sofa) bed and coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, as well as a sideboard and a chest of drawers.
From the living room, you have direct access to the approx. 38 m² sun terrace (facing east, south, and west) with garden furniture and a side view of the nearby Baltic Sea or the Baltic Park located directly opposite.
Here you can sit back and relax amidst the greenery and enjoy the mild summer evenings with a glass of wine! The thresholds of the balcony doors can be bridged with a mobile metal ramp provided.
The accessible apartment is therefore also ideal for seniors and wheelchair users.

For your entertainment, the apartment offers a modern flat-screen TV, a radio, and a collection of games.
In addition, the apartment has free Wi-Fi (without guarantee - according to our terms and conditions, no liability is accepted for any disruptions).
The open kitchen area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots.
The cozy 1st bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside lamps, 2 wardrobes, and a coat stand, and has direct access to the garden area.
The separate and additional 2nd bedroom has a (pull-out) single bed (80 cm x 200 cm), which can be easily converted into a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe.
An additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth person is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
For a good night's sleep, both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains or blinds.
The friendly bathroom (with natural light/window) features a walk-in glass shower, 2 washbasins with vanity units, a mirrored cabinet, a shelf, a stool, a toilet, a hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror, a heated towel rail, and ample storage space.
Next to the toilet are foldable grab bars for wheelchair users.
The shower is accessible and also has grab bars – a shower chair is also available.
The apartment is accessible and therefore particularly suitable for wheelchair users.
All doors in the apartment have a width of 82.5 cm.
You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack with shoe storage in the entrance area of the apartment.
A communal (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and can be used by all guests.
You can park your car for free in a duplex underground parking space belonging to your apartment (ATTENTION: maximum height 1.65 m!).
Your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle cellar of the apartment complex.
If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental shop in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex if interested.
If desired, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday accommodation.
You can access the barrier-free apartments comfortably via one of the glass elevators from the basement, passing through a spacious covered atrium with real indoor plants in the apartment building.
Bringing a dog is possible upon request – a one-time moderate price surcharge will be applied for the increased cleaning effort (see prices).
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests; please use the terrace for this purpose.
