The "Gartenhaus" (Garden House) was formerly the barn of the farmstead before its extensive renovation and redesign.
It can accommodate medium to large groups. On the ground floor, there is a modern, open-plan kitchen with an integrated dining area and direct access to the south-facing terrace (and from there, to the garden). The ceilings are exceptionally high due to the former hayloft above.
The flooring, like throughout the house, consists of elegant natural wood planks. On the first upper floor, two bedrooms, a modern shower bathroom with a double vanity, and an additional guest toilet provide comfort for all guests. The second upper floor features another living room with multiple sofas (which can be used as sofa beds if needed) and an additional bedroom overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and a selection of spices and cooking utensils.
Further amenities include free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a workspace, central heating with solar-assisted regenerative energy, portable fans, safety equipment (smoke detectors, fire extinguisher), and a washing machine.

What's special: Despite its central location in the heart of the Rhine-Main region, guests can enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere here – truly a "rural idyll in the city." The "Gartenhaus" holiday house, with three bedrooms, two living rooms (one with an open-plan kitchen), a bathroom with a toilet, an additional guest toilet, and a spacious south-facing terrace, can accommodate up to 14 guests (including sleeping arrangements on comfortable sofa beds).
