Lage in Zentrum perfekt, Sauberkeit und Komfort weniger zufriedenstellend, Preis und Leistung gut, viele insekten, eher dunkel und muffig, dafür bei hitze angenehm, da Klimaanlage nicht nötig. Vermieter war sehr freundlich
