The accommodation has been completely renovated, refurbished, and stylishly furnished, ensuring you have everything you need.
The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a balcony.
From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the quiet street and the surrounding nature – perfect for ending the day in a relaxed manner. Location & Surroundings: The city center of Koblenz (Old Town) is only 3.5 km away.
A bus stop is located directly in front of the building.
Supermarkets (5 min.), a doctor and pharmacy (1 min.), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital (8 min.), and the University of Koblenz are easily reachable on foot.
Free parking is available directly in front of the building. Miscellaneous: Pets are not allowed.
A garage for parking your car or storing bicycles can be booked for an additional €15 per day. Free outdoor parking is generally available. Quiet Hours: Guests must be quiet between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Children of all ages are welcome. Smoking is not permitted.
