Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with bath). We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and a double bed (140×200) - A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside area : - A 10 m² south-facing balcony-loggia to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment.

You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Winter sports: ski resort, cross-country runs, sledging, snowshoeing, walks around Lake Lispach, etc. - In summer: hiking, trail running, canyoning, via ferrata, mountain biking - Visit the Vosges Textile Museum Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the flat.

Facile, bon état général du logement et du bâtiment. Cependant, notre appartement ne disposait pas de bouilloire et aucune ne pouvait nous être prêtée. Très dommage. La machine à espresso fonctionne avec des capsules françaises uniquement. Donc, n'étant pas informé, nous n'en avions pas. Difficile quand nous avons nos habitudes matinales et en soirée pour une tisane.

Très bon emplacement, à noter tout de même que la place de parking est en extérieur et que le logement est au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Hôte disponible et réactif, appartement très fonctionnel, je recommande ☺️

Appartement facile d'accès, à 2 pas des pistes de ski, location de ski juste à côté. L'accès en dehors des heures d'ouvertures est parfait quand on arrive, la communication avec le service de conciergerie parfait
