I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. Public transport is extremely accessible: tram lines A and C (Foch stop), along with bus lines 32, 4, 42, 7, and 9, are all within 10 meters of the property.
A parking space is available in a private courtyard, accessible through a slightly narrow gate (maximum width: 1.85 m). Additional parking options are also available nearby, including paid street parking, a municipal parking area offering 1 hour of free parking, and free parking located approximately 10 minutes away on foot.
The apartment is ideally situated just a short walk from Angers Castle, museums, shops, entertainment venues, and the train station.
Please note that the key will be handed over in person during the check-in and the check-out. Please let me know your arrival time.
For all reservations longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited.
We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of a breach of this rule.

We had a wonderful stay with friends. The accommodation is very close to the city centre, so it's very convenient for getting around. The beds were very comfortable. Ideal for a stay with family or friends for eight people.

Beautiful duplex flat, 3 double beds and 1 comfortable sofa bed, ideally located in the centre of town in a quiet street, close to all amenities, very pleasant and helpful hostess. All the comforts you need to feel at home.
