Security deposit / Payment of deposit To make your arrival easier, we ask you to pay your deposit online.
This must be done around 10 days before the start of your stay, via the SWIKLY partner platform, for a total of €290, including €135 for the cleaning deposit.
This deposit is made by a simple credit card imprint and is not debited from your account.
The system is completely secure, easy to use and does not affect your bank account limit.
This deposit will be cancelled by the campsite no later than 15 days after your departure, provided that the accommodation is left clean and less any compensation deducted for any damage caused, unpaid services or loss of keys given to you on arrival.
To pay the deposit via SWIKLY, you need to send your e-mail directly to the campsite.
This online deposit is easy to use and means that your registration can be processed quickly on the day of your arrival, so that you don't have to wait too long at reception for the keys to be handed over.
If the deposit has not been made before arrival, the "Fast check-in" service cannot be offered to customers, who will have to go to reception to deposit their deposit with a bank imprint.
Important reminders: - When booking your stay, you must provide the full names and dates of birth of all the participants in your stay, as well as a mobile phone number, an email address and the number of the vehicle's registration plate.
The exchange voucher must indicate the number of people expected to take part, which must be within the capacity of the mobile home (including babies and children).
The number and identity of participants may not be changed between the elements of the exchange voucher and the people arriving at the campsite reception on the day of arrival.
