Charming semi-detached villa, adjoining another gîte, located in a high-quality complex in the hills above St-Pierre-d'Irube, 5 minutes from Bayonne.
The property is surrounded by forests. Features include a secure entrance, covered parking, a shared pelota court, large green spaces, and a shared swimming pool (5m x 10m).
The gîte is arranged as a duplex.
Ground floor: Equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob). Living room. Lounge (fireplace). Shower room/WC. Utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds). Bathroom. Separate WC.
Electric heating included. Firewood €10 per basket. Bed linen provided, beds made, towels and household linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning included.

Long stay rates available outside of July and August (more than 30 nights): 50% discount on the stay.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dem großzügigen und gemütlichen Haus verbracht. Es hat einen wunderschönen Garten und einen sehr sauberen Gemeinschaftspool. Die Lage, um die Umgebung - Küste und Hinterland - zu erkunden, ist sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
