This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful 4* holiday resort Bi Village in Fazana (Istria). The holiday village is directly on the sea, making it ideal for families.
In addition to a great, large children's pool and a spray park, the resort also features swimming pools for swimmers.
A mini-club/animation for children, as well as an entertainment program for adults, in addition to a great playground, a wide variety of sports, and restaurants, a supermarket, a newsstand, and a bazaar, ensure an unforgettable holiday.
The well-equipped beach invites you to relax.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.
The center of Fazana can be reached comfortably on foot via the path along the sea. Pula, with its landmark and main attraction, the amphitheater, is just a few minutes away by car. The two-story Holiday Home Bi-Level terraced house offers space for up to 5 people.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed.
Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
On the first floor, you will find another bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.
From the upper floor, you have access to an inviting balcony, which is perfect for relaxing.
The well-equipped kitchenette in the living and dining area has a gas stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, a typical Italian espresso maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Satellite TV and air conditioning are available.
A covered terrace with a table and chairs on the ground floor invites you to linger.
Barbecuing is also allowed at the accommodation, so nothing stands in the way of a shared barbecue evening (an electric or gas grill must be brought yourself). Travel time from the Croatian border approx. 1 hour.

LOCATION
The holiday resort is just a few meters from the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. You can comfortably reach the center of Fazana on foot via the footpath along the sea.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Fazana - a small fishing village that is gaining more and more prestige. In the summer months, numerous tourists now visit the village and benefit from the beautiful beach promenade. Another reason is certainly the well-known Brijuni Islands. These can be visited freely, while the other islands are partly state-owned and privately owned and guarded. In the exotic animal park of the National Park, in the north of the island of Veli Brijun, you can see nilgai, llamas, zebras, elephants, and many other animal species. In Fazana itself, you will find numerous culinary delights in the various restaurants. The many colorful houses and the hospitality of the inhabitants invite you to visit and explore Fazana and its pretty streets. Those interested in antiquities should definitely see the Church of Our Lady of Carmel or the parish church of Sv. Kosma. In short, everyone gets their money's worth in Fazana. One of the main attractions and at the same time the symbol of the city of Pula is the amphitheater, which was built under Emperor Augustus and expanded under Emperor Vespasian. It offered space for about 23,000 people, making it one of the largest amphitheaters built by the Romans. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula, there are several recommended towns whose visit is certainly worthwhile. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec, or even Pula and Umag themselves offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historical buildings that are certainly worth seeing. Various amusement parks such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or the Glavani climbing park offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you will find all kinds of fish, prepared in countless variations. You will also find good wine in Croatia. So, if you want to be pampered, this is the right place for you. There is also plenty of entertainment in the evening. Croatians love parties, music, and socializing, whether in a disco, on the beach promenade, or in a small alley. Entertainment in the evening is therefore guaranteed. The hinterland of the coastal strip offers many forests, cycling or hiking trails, so those seeking peace or athletes will also get their money's worth. The famous weekly markets can usually be found daily in Porec, Rovinj, and Pula.
