This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The accommodation is located in the well-maintained Francesco holiday village in Caorle and borders directly on the Adriatic Sea. The family-friendly holiday village has a very large pool complex with slides, playgrounds, entertainment/mini-club, restaurants with international cuisine, and many sports facilities.
This, along with the wide, gently sloping sandy beach, makes the holiday village an ideal holiday destination.
WiFi is also available throughout the complex. The brand-new, exclusive accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people.
Two variants are available and will be assigned based on availability.
Variant 1: One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed. The combined living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, a typical Italian espresso maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink.
Variant 2: One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed. Additionally, this variant has two bathrooms, each with a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink.
One of the bathrooms is directly connected to the master bedroom.
The kitchenette is also well-equipped with a stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, a typical Italian espresso maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The spacious and covered wooden terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, the ideal place to end an eventful day of swimming with your loved ones.
Barbecuing at the accommodation is also permitted, so nothing stands in the way of a shared barbecue evening (an electric or gas grill must be brought by the guest). SAT-TV and air conditioning are available.
Travel time from the Italian border approx. 4 hours.
Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible as we have several properties of the same type. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay in your desired season.
Note: If you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day for any reason, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH On this stretch of coast, you will find all the amenities and services of a modern holiday resort.
Sun loungers and umbrellas (for rent) as well as a spacious free sandy beach are part of the offer, as is water sports: surf school, catamarans, water skiing, banana boat, and parasailing.
In addition, the 'Panda' beach section offers a shady picnic area, beach volleyball, and bocce ball. POOL A total of nine swimming pools distributed throughout the complex are available to guests of the holiday village as an alternative to swimming in the sea. The swimming pools offer something for everyone.
There is the Tropical Pool with sea views and an integrated children's pool, the Maxim and Residence Pool with waterfalls and water features, and the Penelope Pool with slides near the chalets.
For those who want even more, there is the water park with its four pools, two slides, a whirlpool, children's games, and fitness facilities for adults. LOCATION The holiday village borders directly on the beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children. FAMILY-FRIENDLY A whole range of entertainment programs await you, tailored to your age and interests.
In the Francesco holiday village, entertainment for young and old is already included, so you do NOT pay extra for a club card.

Countless programs are available, from sports, fitness, and excursions to dance classes, creative programs for the little ones, and interesting evening programs.
Young guests are particularly pampered here.
The holiday village offers entertainment for all ages and has three different clubs: 1. Flinky Club for ages 3 to 8; 2. Teen Club for ages 9 to 12; 3. Be Free Club for ages 13 to 17. LEISURE AND SPORTS The animation team organizes football, basketball, table tennis, volleyball, and water polo tournaments for teenagers aged 9-13 (Junior Club) and adults over 14. You can also participate in various courses: windsurfing, sailing, tennis, swimming.
The animation team proposes an exclusive program with entertainment and fun for every taste and age. You can confidently entrust your children to the experienced childcare staff so they can participate in the Flinky Club (ages 3-6), Teen Club (ages 7-10), or Be Free Club (ages 11-15). Every evening, various shows and performances are offered to guests. SHOPPING The holiday village has a supermarket with a meat, fish, grocery, and bakery section, a bazaar, a tobacco shop, a boutique, a newsstand, a photo shop, and a souvenir shop. MEALS The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, and a refrigerator.

More than three pets are possible upon request. SPECIAL A doctor is available daily at the holiday village.
In his practice, he measures and regulates blood pressure, treats minor wounds and burns, and addresses travel sickness and complaints due to changes in climate and diet.

PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Duna Verde and Porto Santa Margherita belong to Caorle, but are located a little outside the town. Nevertheless, you will find everything you need in both villages. There is a great beach, many different restaurants, bars, cafés, and discos, as well as shops. Duna Verde offers a lot of green space, inviting you to take pleasant walks or bike tours. Porto Santa Margherita, as the name suggests, is known for its marina with over 1000 boats and is popular with tourists. Both places have their own beach section and are separated from the town of Caorle by the Livenza river. If you enjoy visiting museums, you will find several in the villages and don't need to travel far. Be enchanted by the beauty of the Caorle lagoon, which extends over 100 hectares of heath and moorland. The magnificent landscape can be particularly beautifully explored by bicycle. The picturesque center of Caorle has preserved the charm and magic of ancient burghers. Caorle is a versatile city because the sea and the beach merge with history and traditions. It lies on the Adriatic Sea between Venice and Trieste and was founded 2000 years ago. The fishing harbor is located in the old town, which has now become a pedestrian zone. The old houses in vibrant pastel colors, located in the alleys and squares, are reminiscent of the city's Venetian tradition and have a particularly enchanting atmosphere. The church of Madonna dell'Angelo, located at the eastern tip of the promenade, is the sea symbol for the inhabitants of Caorle, who have lived from fishing for many centuries.
