The fully equipped kitchen integrates harmoniously with the dining area, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. Outside, the villa offers a pleasant leisure area with a saltwater pool, which can be heated for an additional charge, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the sunny days and mild evenings of the Algarve.
Directly opposite the property is a playground, ideal for families with children. With its modern style, tranquil atmosphere, and privileged location, Villa Bloom is the ideal choice for an unforgettable seaside holiday, just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and local shops of Carvoeiro. The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system.
Image capture is an integrated feature of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is armed and triggered in response to a potential intrusion. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before making a reservation to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, grocery hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them. Groups Deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 6 guests. For the 7th to 8th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.
