Location & Surroundings: The city center of Koblenz (Old Town) is only 3.5 km away.
A bus stop is located directly in front of the building.
Supermarkets (5 min.), a doctor and pharmacy (1 min.), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital (8 min.), and the University of Koblenz (15 min.) are easily reachable on foot.
Free parking is available directly in front of the building. Pets are not allowed. A garage for parking your car or storing bicycles can be booked for an additional €15 per day.
