In the holiday home "Rurtalgarten" (semi-detached house), you will stay in a typical, listed Eifel half-timbered house in the Hammer district of Simmerath.
The river Rur is just a few minutes' walk away, and beautiful hiking tours can be undertaken to the nearby Rursee lake. The approximately 120 m² semi-detached house can accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor comprises the living/dining room, a small kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The upper floor features 2 double bedrooms and 2 rooms, each with 1 single bed and a crib.
One of these double bedrooms is a walk-through room to the room with a single bed and a crib. The small kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with 4 burners, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, and crockery, cutlery, etc. Up to 3 people can sit at the counter. The rustic living/dining room has a large table with 6 chairs, a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings, and a TV. The modern bathroom features two sinks, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a urinal and bidet, and a toilet. A large garden on the premises is available for shared use. You can spend enjoyable hours outdoors on the partially covered wooden outdoor terrace.
An electric grill is provided. Two car parking spaces are available free of charge at the rear of the house. The church, a monument, and a children's playground are located directly across the street.
