A splendid 65 sq m apartment, perfect for four guests, located on the first floor of a completely renovated period building.
The accommodation is located in Valeggio sul Mincio, just an 8-minute walk from the Scaligero Castle, a 15-minute walk from the Visconti Bridge, and an 18-minute walk from Borghetto sul Mincio.
We are located near Sigurtà Park, one of Europe's most beautiful parks. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The internal space The 65 sq m apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (stairs are required). PLEASE NOTE: There is an internal spiral staircase (please be especially careful if traveling with small children). The interior space is organized as follows: > LOWER LEVEL - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, 37" TV, and split A/C; - KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, and kitchen utensils. > UPPER LEVEL - BEDROOM with double bed, dresser, and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split A/C (in the living room and in the bedroom), hairdryer, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board. ATTENTION: Please note that any additional sheets or linens are available upon request and at an additional cost. PLEASE NOTE: The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable. Guests' access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Appartamento molto bello, pulito e dotato di tutti comfort. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.
Non è dotato di parcheggio. Ci sono parcheggi nelle vicinanze (pagamento) ma non sempre è stato facile trovare un posto per noi che ci siamo sempre mossi.
