La Casa de la Felicidad welcomes you summer and winter alike: swimming pool and sunshine in fine weather, cocooning and convivial meals in winter.
Ideal for families, friends, couples or telecommuters looking for peace and quiet, it offers modern comfort, views of the hills, hiking trails and nearby hilltop villages.
Between the sea and the mountains, a place to recharge your batteries and share beautiful moments.
The ground floor opens onto a spacious, air-conditioned living area with a large corner sofa and a dining table for 6 guests.
The open kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle).
For convivial evenings, a raclette set and a beer tap are at your disposal.
This level also includes a WC with washbasin, and a bedroom with a double bed (160) opening onto the outdoors.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with double beds (160), and a bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub, shower and WC.
The upper floor benefits from central air conditioning (not individual units per room).
Outside, enjoy a peaceful setting with complete privacy: dining area, lounge space, sun loungers and a swimming pool with secure roller cover, heated in May, June, September and October (not heated from November to April).
A small electric plancha is also available please note that barbecues are not permitted, as the Casa is located in a fire-risk zone.
The house is ideal for family holidays, a getaway with friends or a romantic break, but also perfectly suited for remote workers: you’ll benefit from a calm environment, fast Wi-Fi and a setting that blends productivity with relaxation.
Nearby, discover hiking trails (GR52), natural rock pools, tree climbing, mountain biking, trail running and the famous Col de Braus switchbacks for cycling enthusiasts.
A padel complex is located 3 km away and a gym just 8 km from the villa.
In the village of L’Escarène (3 km), you’ll find a grocery store, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy and a bank with ATM.
Just 10 km away (Blausasc), you’ll find supermarkets (Intermarché, Picard), butcher, florist, petrol stations and other shops.
Access to the property is by a private road leading uphill to the electric gate.
The place is closed and secure.
You have the house in its entirety as well as the external facilities.
Arrivals and departures We like to welcome our guests in person to hand over the keys and show you around the Casa.
It's also an opportunity to answer any questions you may have and to share a few practical tips on how to make the most of your stay.
Departure is the same, with no fuss or muss.
The co-host Oliva is your main interlocutor.

Important information to know The house is equipped with a septic tank (and not connected to the sewer).
Please throw away only the toilet paper provided in the toilet.
Any other waste (wips, protections, etc.) must be thrown in the trash.
Garbage can be thrown in the container at the bottom of the path A gardener can intervene during your stay, especially in summer.
