Welcome to our completely renovated (2025) apartment right in the center of Burgdorf.
The modernly furnished apartment is 75 m² and features three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a light-filled living and dining area.
It is a non-smoking apartment. The accommodation The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with its freestanding half-timbered structure and views of the old town.
This inviting space is perfect for relaxation and comfort.
A Smart TV is available in the living area, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge throughout the apartment. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a 1.60 m wide double bed and also has a small dresser.
Wardrobe hooks and a wall mirror are also provided. The second bedroom offers a 0.90 m wide single bed.
This room also has a dresser for storing clothes and coat hooks for hanging. The third bedroom also contains a 0.90 m wide single bed and wardrobe hooks.
Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are discreetly integrated here. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
This means nothing stands in the way of preparing delicious meals. Long-term rentals are possible with a reduced price upon request. Parking Free parking is available on Mittelstraße as well as at the Schützenplatz Burgdorf (approx. 350 m away, the route is visible on Google Maps). While there are usually plenty of parking spaces at the Schützenplatz, it can be a bit busier on Mittelstraße.
However, there is the option to stop briefly in front of the house in the traffic-calmed zone at any time to conveniently unload luggage. About the apartment The apartment is located on the 1st floor (left) of a quiet three-family house. Check-in is self-service via a key box. The apartment is for your sole use and that of your fellow travelers. Other important notes The apartment is located directly in the old town of Burgdorf. There is a bakery in the neighboring building.
A REWE supermarket and a Rossmann drugstore are only a 3-minute walk away. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops can also be found in the immediate vicinity. Burgdorf train station is reachable in about 8 minutes on foot. It is connected to the S-Bahn network of Hanover and offers connections several times an hour - ideal for reaching Hanover quickly and flexibly.
