Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Ildefons Cerdà( FGC), is just a 3 minute walk. Barcelona-El Prat (BCN) airport is an approximate 20-minute drive from the property (or 30 minutes via the direct L9S metro lin Self check-in with smart lock via code.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form and paid the local tax. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. This modern studio is perfect for couples and business travelers seeking a comfortable stay.

Also, if you're travelling for bussiness purposes you will be at only 7 minutes by walk from La Fira Barcelona Gran Vía. This studio is designed with an open floor plan with a double bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for two. The kitchen area is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher and fridge. The queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Important – Tourist tax: A tourist tax must be paid before check-in according to the current regulations in Catalonia.
This tax is charged per person, per night and must be settled before entering the accommodation.

A comfortable room, good facilities, a really straightforward check-in, excellent communication with the owners and hardly any issues. The only downsides were that it was a bit too far from the town centre and a bit pricey (though that was down to the dates of my trip).

Our stay in the apartment was fantastic! It was exactly as shown in the photos and a place with excellent transport links to the city, very quiet and comfortable. Moreover, GuestReady was extremely attentive in helping with anything! We would definitely stay again!

We booked the flat quite late, thinking we wouldn’t get a reply, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. The host was very friendly and replied straight away. The flat is lovely, with everything you need for a short stay. I’d definitely recommend it 100%. Thanks, and see you next time!!
