Ha sido funcional.
Las sábanas no estaban cambiadas del inquilino anterior pues se notaban rozadas. Había pequeños desperfectos fácilmente solucionables como el baño, bajos de las puertas, el desagüe más pequeño que el agujero, alguna luz caída y los espejos con los cantos muy deteriorados. El apartamento está muy bien situado, muy cerca de playa Victoria. Es muy grande, estuvimos 3 familias y cada una tenía su habitación y su baño. Aunque el edificio es antiguo y por fuera da sensación de suciedad todo está reformado y limpio por dentro.
