This semi-detached rural gîte, next to the owners’ house, is designed for families and groups seeking relaxation and togetherness.
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, Italian and bean coffee makers), a dining area and a living room with smart TV. A shower room and WC complete the floor. Bedrooms are spread over two levels: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190), located on the 1st floor near the kitchen - Bedroom 2 (family): 2 double beds (140x190) and 2 single beds (90x190), on the 1st floor near the living room - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190), mezzanine accessible from the living area Outside, two terraces offer great relaxation spaces: one shaded near the shared pool (32 m², 1.5 m deep, fenced) with a well-equipped outdoor bar, and another on the opposite side of the house.
The shared garden is home to many animals: dog, cat, goat, sheep, cow, donkey, peacock, parakeet, chickens – a delight for children. Leisure facilities include ping-pong, trampoline, pétanque court, billiards, table football, play structure, and volleyball-badminton net. A dedicated room is available for gatherings, and an old horse carousel now shelters games for all ages.
Parking is right next to the gîte. Air conditioning and all charges included.

Gite situé à l'extérieur de Graulhet mais très proche des commerces de base, idéalement situé pour visiter les bastides du Tarn, se rendre à Toulouse ou visiter des caves ...
