Villa Elaia with heated pool offers a delightful retreat for families and friend groups seeking a comfortable and modern holiday experience in the charming coastal village of Sukošan. This spacious 160m² property provides an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Croatian coastline, with convenient proximity to local amenities and stunning beaches.
The villa boasts 32 m2 private swimming heated pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny days with loved ones.
Guests can enjoy ample outdoor space, including a terrace, fenced plot, garden furniture and a barbecue area which is located in a separate part of the house where the second kitchen and dining room are as well.
It makes this villa ideal for group gatherings. Inside, the villa features three well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a double bed in each room.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and equipped for year-round comfort.
The modern kitchen is comprehensively equipped with appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware. Parking is convenient with five private outdoor parking spaces directly at the property.
The villa offers high-speed WiFi and five televisions with international channels.
Additional amenities include an iron, and the property maintains a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy. *The same yard is shared by the owners of Villa Elaia who live in the house next door. Located just 500m from Sukošan town center and 100m from a supermarket, the villa provides easy access to local restaurants, coffee shops, and essential services.
Beaches are within easy reach, with a sandy beach (Dječji raj) just 2km away and a rock beach just 500m distant.
The villa is also conveniently situated 9km from Zadar Airport, making travel connections simple and straightforward. In addition to the great beaches of Sukošan and a large and wide range of gastronomy and events, Sukošan offers you an interesting and diverse range of activities.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Elaia war ausgezeichnet. Die Villa ist wunderschön, komfortabel und befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, in der Nähe des Meeres, von Restaurants und Cafés. Wir hatten alles, was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchten.

Das Parken direkt vor der Tür sparte Zeit beim Ausladen der Taschen vom Auto. Die Küchengeräte funktionierten gut, wir bereiteten Mahlzeiten zu statt jeden Abend auswärts zu essen, was ebenfalls Geld gespart hat.
