Adjoining another gîte and the owners' house, this address welcomes you in a peaceful environment, ideal for a family stay in the heart of the Tarn. Nearby, don't miss the Jardin des Martels, the village of Lautrec, Albi and its UNESCO-listed episcopal city, or Castres with its Goya Museum. You are right in the centre of the department, the perfect base for exploring its emblematic sites.

The gîte accommodates up to 4 people and is set over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, Italian and pod coffee makers), a dining area, a living room with two sofa beds and a smart TV, as well as a shower room with WC.
Upstairs, a family mezzanine bedroom includes a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x200), separated by a blackout curtain. Separate toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy a large enclosed shared garden, a shaded terrace with barbecue, and a communal swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.60 m, secured by alarm), open from May to October, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. A spa (jacuzzi) with soft ambient lighting will enhance your stay, with the option to pay directly on site. Parking is available a few metres from the gîte, inside the gated property with electric entrance. A spa is currently being installed — a real bonus for your next holiday!
