L'essentiel a déjà été dit dans les autres commentaires. Nous ne reviendrons que sur la gentillesse et la convivialité de Cathy, le plaisir de nos échanges... et ses bons conseils pour les restaurants ;).
Cathy sait prendre le temps, ce qui est une richesse de nos jours.

Cathy heeft ons hartelijk verwelkomd en ons tijdens ons verblijf verwend. Ze heeft een heerlijk diner geserveerd en de volgende ochtend een perfect ontbijt. Voor ons vertrek mochten we in haar atelier haar prachtige schilderijen bewonderen. Dankjewel Cathy.

Nous avons passé une nuit à Béziers à l’occasion d’un périple à vélo et avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie vraiment confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très complet. Le soir nous avons pu profité du jardin pour pique niquer. Il y a beaucoup de soin et de petites attentions dans l’accueil de Cathy et ça fait toute la différence !
