Il Balcone Sulle Alpi offers panoramic views across one of the most beautiful regions of the Italian Alps.
The apartment is on the 11th floor of an attractive residence in the charming resort of Sauze d’Oulx.
It makes an ideal base for friends or a family looking for alpine adventures! The homely apartment for 4 includes a seating area with a cosy corner sofa and TV. The dining area with a wooden table and banquette seating, is next a large window and door which leads onto the private balcony.
Guests can relax in the open air and enjoy the spectacular view across the valley to the mountains beyond. Back inside, there is a separate kitchen next to the dining area.
It is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and washing machine. Sleeping Bedroom: The bedroom is on a higher level, up a short staircase.

The weekly market (Friday morning) is the best place to find the freshest local ingredients. Turin airport is a 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from the apartment.

Situated only 100m from the bottom of the Clotes lift and close to town centre (200m), very clean, well equipped and spacious. The heating problem reported in the previous feedback has been fixed.
