Accessible via eight steps, the cottage comprises:
• a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher),
• a dining room,
• a bright living room that can be converted into a bedroom thanks to a good-quality 140cm sofa bed, equipped with a television,
• a bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm),
• a shower room with a walk-in shower,
• and a separate toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant private garden with garden furniture and a gas barbecue for al fresco dining.
One vehicle can be parked on the property, and free street parking is readily available.
Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in the garage upon request. To travel light, everything is included: beds made upon arrival, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Baby equipment is available upon request. The city bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, providing easy access to Dijon's historic center.
At the end of the street, you'll find a playground, a pétanque court, and a restaurant. The house is non-smoking.
