It consists of a large common room (living room, dining room opening onto a modern open-plan kitchen), three bedrooms with a maximum capacity of eight beds, 2 bathrooms, and two toilets. The bedrooms are located on the upper level and constitute a pleasant and cozy sleeping area. The house is surrounded by a lovely small garden.

Parking is available in the garden in front of the house (no street parking). At your disposal: 400m2 garden - garden furniture, WIFI, barbecue, Wood stove (wood not provided) Linen is provided obligatorily.

The provision includes disposable mattress protectors, sheets, 2 towels per person, bath mats, and dish towels. Morbihan Conciergerie is a management service for second-home owners and their guests.
