Situated in a quiet location in the countryside behind the Bay of Pollensa and with superb sea views, Ca'na Sureda offers relaxing accommodation a short drive from all the amenities available in Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa town.
There is a well-stocked supermarket on the outskirts of Alcudia just five minutes away by car which is perfect for stocking up during a week's break in this beautiful villa.
The narrow streets and charming tapas bars of the old walled town of Alcudia are a "good leg stretch" away at 3 km, but again, it is only a short journey in the hire car. The interior of the house is very well furnished and includes a large and spacious lounge-diner, a well-equipped kitchen and well-appointed bedrooms.
Air conditioning has been added to the bedrooms to aid a restful nights sleep.
The proud owners have also added Bluetooth to the Wifi system and the house has been generally refurbished and updated.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to a shaded terrace with a built-in barbecue and down to the large private swimming pool from where there are lovely country views.
The gardens to the rear of the house have also been lovingly tended and the villa grounds are surrounded by a secure fence and impressive double gates. Information to be aware of: In the event of keys being lost or left inside the accommodation, there will be a charge of €50 during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a waste disposal fee of €150 will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so shortly before your arrival, we will send you an online check-in link to register all guests.
