The Cocoonr agency offers this charming loft-style apartment for rent in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, with a surface area of 150 m² and capacity for up to 10 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 43 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms (with bath or shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the first floor:
- A spacious 43 m² living room with sofa and wood-burning stove opening onto an open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed (unfolded 180x200) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower
- A bathroom (with bath), washing machine and tumble dryer
- A 13 m² balcony
- A laundry room
- A separate WC
Upstairs, on the mezzanine:
- A TV area with sofa
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) and its own shower room (with shower)
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the parking space available in the basement. A 30 m² garage with two spaces and an outdoor space are also available.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest station: Annecy station 30 km away (approx. 35 mins). A shuttle bus is available 300 m from the flat - Nearest airport: Geneva Airport, 70 km away (approx. 1 hour)
