This single-storey villa charms with its contemporary design and beautiful light. The spacious living area combines a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for preparing meals in a convivial atmosphere. The villa has two bedrooms: a master suite with en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Every space has been designed for comfort and functionality, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Outside, a pleasant garden with trees invites you to relax. You can enjoy your meals on the shaded terrace or have a barbecue with your family under the Spanish sun. Residents also have access to a superb communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off or sharing a convivial moment in a peaceful setting.
### Access to the villa###
Villa Solyna is entirely on one level, offering optimal accessibility and practical comfort for all. The bright living areas, bedrooms and outdoor garden are easily accessible.
For your peace of mind, the villa has a private parking space located within the property, allowing you to park safely.
Upon your arrival, our city manager will be there to welcome you personally. They will show you around the villa, explain how everything works and answer any questions you may have so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
