This villa is equipped with a kitchen with all kinds of appliances needed for a pleasant stay such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils you may need.
It also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and also gives access to a wonderful private tennis court.
Guests who book this holiday accommodation will have access to several lounges, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a barbecue and a wonderful private heated swimming pool (with a supplement) surrounded by sunbathing chairs.
The villa is only 8 minutes by car from the beaches of the area and only 15 minutes from the famous Las Canteras beach in the capital of Gran Canaria. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Mieliśmy cudowny czas w Villa Arucas! Hala jest ogromna i naprawdę dobrze wyposażona, Spędziliśmy dni przy podgrzewanym basenie, a dzieci uwielbiały kort tenisowy, Lokalizacja jest spokojna, ale zaledwie krótka jazda od plaży, Wszystko było super czyste, a kuchnia miała wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, Żałuję tylko, że Wi-Fi było trochę słabsze, ale ogólnie polecamy!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Arucas verbracht. Sie war bestens ausgestattet und bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, die wir brauchten. Die friedliche Umgebung machte sie zu einer wahren Oase.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar! Die Villa hatte einen rustikalen Charme und der Garten war wunderschön. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht und die Sonne genossen.
