Villa 5 bedroom property in a rural setting in the north of the island with easy access to all the amenities you may need, with sea views. Situated on a 4,000m2 property this beautiful traditional Canarian villa can accommodate up to 10 people, distributed over 2 floors, has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and another two with single beds, 4 bathrooms with shower and a small toilet.
This villa is equipped with a kitchen with all kinds of appliances needed for a pleasant stay such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils you may need. It also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with air conditioning and also gives access to a wonderful private tennis court.
Guests who book this holiday accommodation will have access to several lounges, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a barbecue and a wonderful private heated swimming pool (with a supplement) surrounded by sunbathing chairs.
The villa is only 8 minutes by car from the beaches of the area and only 15 minutes from the famous Las Canteras beach in the capital of Gran Canaria.

Mieliśmy cudowny czas w Villa Arucas! Hala jest ogromna i naprawdę dobrze wyposażona, Spędziliśmy dni przy podgrzewanym basenie, a dzieci uwielbiały kort tenisowy, Lokalizacja jest spokojna, ale zaledwie krótka jazda od plaży, Wszystko było super czyste, a kuchnia miała wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, Żałuję tylko, że Wi-Fi było trochę słabsze, ale ogólnie polecamy!
