A 15 m² terrace with pergola invites you to enjoy meals or relax outdoors with stunning ocean views.
The upstairs apartment (70 m²) offers two bedrooms with king-size beds, a modern shower, and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, and fridge.
The living and dining area opens directly onto a 10 m² balcony, so you can enjoy sea views from the sofa or while dining.
The balcony is perfect for sunny breakfasts or evenings facing the ocean.
The house faces the ocean, on the Ironman course and opposite the start of the famous Vendée Globe race.
Tanchet Beach and the center of Les Sables-d’Olonne with its restaurants are just minutes away by bike via the cycle path in front of the house.
