A 15 m² terrace with pergola invites you to enjoy meals or relax outdoors with stunning ocean views. The upstairs apartment (70 m²) offers two bedrooms with king-size beds, a modern shower, and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, and fridge.

The living and dining area opens directly onto a 10 m² balcony, so you can enjoy sea views from the sofa or while dining.
