The fully equipped apartment features two bedrooms with a double bed, as well as a lounging area with sleeping space for four, a wardrobe, a living room with a sofa and chairs, a large dining table for eight people, and a spacious bathroom.
An additional toilet can be found in the generous entrance area of the apartment on the ground floor.
You are also welcome to use our generously designed, in-house sauna facilities, including an exit to the outdoors.
Ample parking spaces are reserved for you directly in front of the apartment.
If needed, suitable storage space for bicycles is available.

Spices, sugar, oil, vinegar, flour, and everything a fully equipped kitchen requires are available for your free use.
Towels, bed linen, toilet paper, coffee capsules, and charcoal for grilling are also provided.
On the large terrace, bordered by plants, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding nature with abundant greenery and mountains all day long, as well as breathtaking sunsets over Lake Constance.
The terrace is equipped with a wood-fired grill, a large automatic awning, and seating and lounging facilities.
For a small fee, and by arrangement, you are welcome to use our generously designed, in-house sauna facilities, including an exit to the outdoors.
The sauna can accommodate up to 8 people.
Within walking distance, you will find various restaurants, snack bars, and small farm shops offering delicacies from local farmers and producers.
Public transport is accessible within 5-10 minutes.
The Pfänderbahn cable car takes you directly to the city center of Bregenz from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
A local bus runs on Pfänderstraße to Lochau from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Ample parking spaces are reserved for you directly in front of the apartment.
If needed, suitable storage space for bicycles is available.
You can also use a 230V socket to charge your batteries for bicycles, cars, etc., upon arrangement.
Check-in is possible at any time from 3:00 PM onwards.
The apartment key will be available for you in the key safe directly next to the entrance door.
You will receive the code for this via email 3 days before your arrival, or you can request it by phone or SMS.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM, or by arrangement.
House rules: No smoking.
