Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this spacious apartment stands out for its brightness and refined décor, enhanced by numerous artworks and paintings that create a warm and inspiring atmosphere.
Perfect for a stay with family, friends, or for business, it offers both elegance and comfort. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, cleaning is included and high-quality 4-star hotel linen (bed sheets, towels, and kitchen towels) is provided.
For your comfort, the beds will be carefully prepared before your arrival. The apartment is composed as follows : - A spacious 43 m² living area, bright and welcoming, featuring a comfortable lounge area with a TV, as well as a dining space—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. - A fully equipped kitchen including: refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare meals with ease and fully enjoy your stay. - Two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (180×200) and the other with a queen-size bed (160×200), offering the perfect setting to unwind. - A modern bathroom with a shower. - A separate toilet for added everyday comfort. - A pleasant balcony accessible from the living room, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment outdoors, whether for a morning coffee or a quiet evening, with a view over the avenue. Additional amenities : washing machine, fan, ironing board, and iron, ensuring a fully independent stay. Transport : If you are arriving by car, the recommended parking is Parcus Parking Bateliers, located 1.2 km from the apartment, at approximately €22 for 24 hours. For getting around : - “Vosges Oberlin” bus stop (line 10) is a 2-minute walk away. - “République” tram and bus stop (lines B, C, E, F, C6, 15, 72) is a 6-minute walk away. - The central train station is accessible within a 20-minute walk or 17 minutes by public transport. - Strasbourg International Airport is reachable in 50 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes by car. Heerlijk ruim appartement op een perfecte locatie in Straatsburg, vlakbij het centrum. We hebben geparkeerd in de getipte parkeergarage, wat prima was. De sfeer in huis is heel warm en de keuken is nieuw en heel goed uitgerust. Heel fijn dat we onze fietsen op het binnenplaatsje achter de woning veilig konden stallen. Ik raad het aan.

Tolle Wohnung in Straßburg mit allem was man braucht. Super ausgestattet. Der Check in halt gut geklappt, war aber leider nicht sehr flexibel. Was aber absolut okay ist. Würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
