Housing : Welcome to our charming 24 m2 cosy studio located on the 6th floor with elevator of the Sumène residence in the heart of the Lioran resort. This perfectly equipped accommodation is located at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of the shopping gallery of the ski resort. In the entrance you will find a storage cupboard with vacuum cleaner and iron. A bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer and washing machine will also be at your disposal. To welcome you in a cosy spirit, you will find an elegant mountain corner with its 2 bunk beds in 80x190. The lounge is open on the kitchen corner and will offer you a view of the mountains of the eagle beak and the nipple of comers (cotted parking).

You will have at your disposal a convertible sofa type click-clac in 140x190. The facilities are numerous and will allow you an optimal comfort: fondue and raclette apparatus, diver mixer, dishes, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, microwave oven, oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster...). Cot included.

No raclette device. Group Wifi included. Non-smoking accommodation. Bed linen and towels not included but possibility to rent them via our agency for 20 euros per person. Pets not included. 45 euros of case fees are to be provided. A deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival.
