IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Good location for my work situation. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Very comfy bed and plenty of hot water. Dirty oven ceiling with bits of burnt material dropping into food I was cooking...Not impressed with the lack of response to a few messages sent, regarding extending my stay, and another matter.
