Fantastic villa with a pool in an elevated area on the outskirts of Sineu, just a short walk from the village center.
The house offers every comfort: a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. There are 4 bedrooms—2 on the main floor with 2 bathrooms, and 2 upstairs with en-suite bathrooms.
The spacious pool (11x5 m) is sunny all day, and the terraces offer unbeatable views.
This is the perfect place for families and travelers seeking a spacious, comfortable home with great views and sun throughout the day. Sineu is a historic village with fascinating old buildings.
It’s a culinary hotspot for both locals and visitors.
The location is well connected to all areas of Mallorca, making it an ideal base for all kinds of holiday activities and an excellent choice for your stay on the island. The train station is just a few meters from the property.

We had a great week in in a property that was perfect and lived up to all our expectations. The property owners could not have been more helpful and made sure that we were happy at all times. Not only is it a wonderful property, but the location in Sineu was a perfect base for exploring the island. Sineu is also a lovely unspoilt town that had much to offer.
