Located on the first floor of the Ker Lann residence in Erquy, this 37 m² apartment accommodates up to 2 guests.
It provides a practical base for enjoying the town, reaching the coastline and exploring Brittany's Emerald Coast. The living area combines a lounge with two sofas, coffee table and television with a dining area positioned near the large glass door.
The separate kitchen includes a gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements include: - 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190 The shower room includes a shower, vanity unit and mirror.
Toilets are separate. The long balcony is accessed from both the main living area and the bedroom.
It includes a table and two chairs.
Its view over Erquy town, with the sea in the background, makes it useful for simple meals or a quiet break at the end of the day. An allocated parking space is located in front of the residence. Pets are not accepted. - Included services: bed linen and household linen (towels and tea towels) - Wi-Fi access subject to network coverage - End-of-stay cleaning included (according to house rules) For arrivals after 6 PM or outside the agency opening hours, secure key boxes are available outside the agency for independent check-in.

L'appartement était assez grand, assez bien équipé. Dans la cuisine, la plaque électrique était endommagée, mais nous avons pu utiliser le gaz.
Nous avons été contraints d'utiliser un petit chauffage bruyant (soufflerie portative) car nous avons froid dans le logement.
