This semi detached spacious townhouse is a smart modern four bedroom home with three super king (zip & link) beds and one single bed giving you the option to have SEVEN single beds in four bedrooms or you can have a mix of super kings and singles upon request.The house is situated just off Topsham Road, approx 3.5 miles from Exeter city centre and 1 mile from Topsham.The M5, local shops, pubs and Sandy Park Rugby ground, are all less than 1 miles from the house

Guests shall have access to all areas of the property and are allowed to use kitchen facilities and TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The patio gas heater, BBQ and hot tub are out of bounds. Guest access Guest have access to all areas . Other things to note Before leaving the house please could you check the gas knobs on the hob are all turned off and the red switch on the wall is switched off also ( you'll see it left side of the air vent) and all lights are switched off ( don’t forget down stairs toilet light) and all Windows and doors are locked securely as you leave. Please leave the front door key in the lockbox for the cleaners to tidy after your stay. I hope you all had a fantastic time and I'd love to hear from you again very soon. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
