Cocoonr agency offers this charming 60 m² flat with swimming pool for rent in Mirabel-aux-Baronnies, Drôme provençale, which sleeps up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 140 m² garden with a 280 m² pool area. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 21 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, blender, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 12.5m by 5m with a depth of 1m to 2m10. It is accessible from April to October from 9.30am to 9pm and is protected by a solar cover and a wooden fence (opening dates non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions).
- A private, unfenced 140 m² north/west-facing garden with garden furniture and barbecue, directly adjacent to the 280 m² pool area reserved for tenants. You can make the most of the fine weather with the pétanque court and the dining area surrounded by olive trees.
- A 10 m² glazed terrace with furniture for relaxing.
The flat is ideally located in Mirabel-aux-Baronnies, in the heart of nature in the Baronnies provençales nature park between Nyons and Vaison la Romaine. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and the great Provencal market are nearby...
The region abounds in exceptional scenery: from hiking and swimming in the gorges to visits to castles and hilltop villages, there's no shortage of things to discover! You can also watch the majestic Rémuzat vultures from a number of footpaths.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park 2 vehicles in the property's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- A car is essential for getting around the region
- Nearest train station: Orange train station, 30 km away (approx. 35 min)
- Nearest airport: Marseille airport, 97 km away (approx. 1h30)
